We headed up into the Winds yesterday, in hopes that some of the 16 inches of snow that fell earlier this week would still be around. It was, but the weather didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked. It was hurricane windy, which pretty much kept us in the trees. It was a good day though- any day in the backcountry is a good day!
