Head over to Casper this weekend to get my other goat. Found out the season didn't open until Sunday. I found a 10k running race to entertain myself Saturday though. Sunday we got up early and headed to Shirley Basin.
Video Summary- long ride this time. Near 40 miles and 4 hrs.
Finally got one- not my first pick... but a keeper. Kind of have to settle for what you can when you only have one day.
Quite a costume! I can attest to the fast that Lycra probably not the best for belly crawling in the sage brush... works great for riding though.
Safari... Wyo style!
The monkies were along for this ride. Good times!
"Wow! You got em' big elk! My daddy got hhuuuugge one!" Okay Seamus, your story.
The monkies hang with uncle Chuck as we hung to goat from Papa's new contraption (he built it the day before). Came in very handy.
Shot at 2pm skinned, quartered, and on the road before 5pm. Home before dark. Another good Antelope hunt.
I'm a 4th generation Wyomingnite. I love the wilderness. I also get a kick out of biking, skiing, snow boarding, and snow machines. I like to eat animals. On occasion I shoot them and hang them on my walls.
