2015 Hunting Season

Took a couple of days to get my late season cow this year.  Had to head up Horse Creek, as they were not down as low as previous years.

Sam helped me quite a bit spotted them and helped drag her out.  He had a tag too- we didn't get his this day... maybe soon though.

Been a while since I've had a four wheeler... they're pretty handy for this kind of duty!

With snow packed/ snow machine trail like roads- it would have been a long drag without the quad.

Back in September...

My first archery deer (about a week before the elk).

My first archery elk!

Ready to pack out.

Four trips up the hill, and half a day later- loaded up, ready to head down.

The arrow that put him down.

After a day of packing out elk, we headed to dad's for some Antelope hunting.

Dad and his Razor

Whaaa!

Dad finally got a buck to big to mount on a helmet!

The next day Seamus and finally got to filling my tags.

Packing it out!

Not quite as much work as the elk.

Later in the day, after I got home we buzzed up to the cabin and filled my other doe tag.
Two goats, two mountain ranges, one day.

Still have a late season cow and white tail doe to get... can't look for those until November though.
