The 15 mile ride in was kind of rough- looked like maybe a groomer hit it once. The trail was great to Gustave, but after that it was tricky. The snow pack is the best I've seen it for this time of year in many years. Some say ten years. The base is firm- something that hasn't been the case the last couple of years. Very safe to say that we were the only ones up there yesterday (pretty much white-out conditions). Definitely scored the first tracks. Ha! Sure is looking like it will be a great season. Can't wait!
